A clear agreement

Terms of Service

What you can expect, what stays yours, and how to get help.

Effective 9 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-09

1. The service and this agreement

These Terms cover your use of Artanizer, a service for organizing things, places, shared workspaces and related records. Read them together with our Privacy notice. You must be legally able to make this agreement and have permission to act for any organization you represent.

Questions or concerns can be sent to electronicpaper.ca@gmail.com. This is our current support contact. Never send your password, recovery link or access keys.

2. Your account and shared workspaces

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Tell support if you believe your account has been compromised. Automatic email verification and recovery emails are not currently configured; the recovery page explains the available support process.

Workspace owners and administrators control membership and permissions. Other authorized members may see or change shared records according to their role. Check permissions before sharing personal or confidential information. Leaving a workspace does not erase its shared history.

3. Your records remain yours

You retain your rights in the records and media you provide. You give Artanizer only the permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content to operate the features you use, including sharing you choose. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content or grant unrelated advertising or model-training rights.

Only upload or share material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious code or deliberate disruption. Nothing here prevents honest reviews, lawful reporting or the exercise of your legal rights.

4. Assistance, accuracy and availability

Optional AI assistance can make mistakes. Review suggested names, quantities, estimates and other results before relying on them or saving changes. Our Privacy notice describes the providers and information used by these features. Use manual records when assistance is unavailable or unsuitable.

Your records and estimates are not appraisals, insurance cover, safety inspections or professional advice. Keep an independent copy of important information. We aim to keep Artanizer useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect recognition or error-free results. Features marked unavailable or not offered in the current release are not promised by these Terms.

5. Plans and paid access

Available limits and plan features are shown in the application. A request for paid access is not an automatic charge. Any price, access period, payment method and applicable cancellation or refund arrangements must be disclosed and agreed separately before payment. Creating an account does not authorize automatic billing or renewal.

AI allowances and credits are subject to the limits shown for your workspace. These Terms do not change an existing purchase agreement or remove any refund or other consumer right that applies to you.

6. Export, leaving and deletion

Workspace owners can export workspace records in Settings. You may leave a shared workspace, subject to transferring ownership when you are its last owner. Account deletion is available through Settings with a password check and a 14-day cancellation period.

Deletion is not immediate erasure of every related record. Shared workspace history, counterparties’ records and records retained for billing or security may remain as described in the Privacy notice. Backups also follow their recovery lifecycle. Contact support for access, correction or deletion questions; do not send sensitive records unless a secure, necessary process has been agreed.

7. Changes, restrictions and recovery

We may maintain or change features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact support. This does not remove applicable rights to your records, paid access or remedies.

Each published Terms version has its own date and identity. Material changes will be presented before they apply; we will seek a new agreement where required. A later version will not silently grant new rights over content you previously supplied. Existing accounts are not recorded as having accepted this version merely because it is published.

8. Your rights and contacting us

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. No arbitration requirement, selected jurisdiction or blanket waiver of liability is imposed by these Terms.

If something goes wrong, contact electronicpaper.ca@gmail.com with a short description and, if shown, the error reference. Check whether your work was saved before submitting it again. We will use the information you provide to address the request as explained in the Privacy notice.
